Online bookings are preferred and ensures your desired appointment time.  The only exception are Pilates group classes: a semi-private requires two participants, while a group class requires a minimum of three.  It is best to phone us, however, you may still book these appointment slots, but in the event the minimum is not met, we will phone you to reschedule.

Late policy: New clients are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes to fill out paperwork, regular clients are expected 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled time.  Being punctual will ensure your full session time, arriving late will reduce your appointment time, and the full fee still applies.
