Cheyenne Mountain Resort is hosting a health fair for their employees today. ReVibe was asked to provide hands-on chair massage and Pilates information to their hard working staff. We’ve been to many a health fair that brings the entire health care field together for education and demonstration. Massage therapy itself has provided businesses, especially corporations, a means to decreasing the “down” time of their employees due to illness. As you may know, the most common posture of a worker, no matter their position, is sitting. Lower back, neck and shoulder pain is very common and will force workers to take sick days that decrease the bottom line of that business. Hence, the employee health fair! i can tell them, it will change their lives and strength. i have gone to revibe for a year now, and i do not have the siatica pain as much and very few back and hip pains like i have had with other workouts. you just need to slow down and listen to your body when you do pilates. they taught me that lesson here. and kenny is the best with helping in the massage dept.!
